LAUNCHING THIS JUNE! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED TO ADVERTISE, CONTRIBUTE OR ASSIST PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!
The Westminster Russia Forum (WRF) is a London based voluntary group funded by its
membership that was founded in 2012 to promote a greater cultural, commercial and political understanding between the UK and Russian Federation. The WRF’s membership is International, although most members are drawn from the UK and Russia as well as the Former International Soviet Union and we regularly organise networking events with a wide range of high level speakers from across the cultural, political and commercial fields.
Entering our fifth calendar year we are poised to engage in a concerted expansion of membership and activities. It was felt that the introduction of a magazine which would promote WRF’s ideals would benefit UK-Russian relations.
The magazine team is headed by John Bonar, a former correspondent with The Observer, BBC and Financial Times in emerging markets who brings over 20 years experience of working with Russia to the table. As a former editor of Moscow magazine Passport (2006/7) the publisher of Marketing Russia (1996-1998) and Business Special Report Russia (2000-2009).
During his years in Moscow he was active in business circles as the UK representative on the Board of National Representatives of the Association of European Businesses. Now based in London he visits Russia regularly and maintains a special interest in the emerging markets of APEC and ASEAN.
