Andrei Kelin appointed as Russia’s Ambassador to the UK

By the Presidential decree № 545 dated 5 November 2019 Andrei Kelin has been appointed as Russia’s Ambassador to the UK.

In accordance with the international protocol practice, the Ambassador will officially assume his duties in the UK after arriving in the country and presenting the copy of his credentials to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
