Westminster Russia Forum Addresses 2nd Annual Russian State Duma Parliamentary Forum

Attending the Russian State Duma’s Inter-Parliamentary Forum in Moscow – joining over 500 international delegates from some 132 national delegations, the Chair of the Westminster Russia Forum, Nicholas Cobb, spoke at the forum addressing parliamentary and humanitarian cooperation, international security, business regulation and poverty reduction.

Comprising speakers of national parliaments, assembly and parliamentarians from Ecuador and Estonia to France and Japan – the forum is designed to promote understanding and cooperation between national parliaments.

A series of bilateral meetings have taken place on the sidelines of the forum with parliamentarians from Europe and Africa.

The WRF was proud to have joined this senior-level gathering of global parliamentarians and took part in a range of debates.
