WRF Launches ‘WRF Live’ Digital Events – Promoting a Positive Dialogue Between Nations

The WRF is proud to announce the launch of WRF Live Events – Promoting a Dialogue Between Nations

As we continue to of course plan for our future physical events and conference, we like everyone else must find new ways to deliver our schedule of events in light of the global COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, the WRF has put together a list of events, which will be different from all other traditional digital events models and webinars.

Event Format: We exist to foster an East-West dialogue between the peoples of the United Kingdom, Europe and Russian Federation and as such our WRF Live events will focus on a specific theme each month and last for one hour to one hour and a half & will allow all participants (optional) a two-minute time slot to give their thoughts which will then be opened to the floor for a wider debate.

Events will be moderated and free-of-charge, open to all voices and opinions & in the ‘Russian’ style of events participants have the opportunity to equally participate – the events will be recorded and placed here on our blog – participants are welcome from the UK, Europe and Russia and whilst participation is optional – all will be encouraged to form the debate!

So whether you have a positive, negative or neutral view of our ties this is the perfect platform to air those views and with Russia constantly in the headlines our digital, zoom based events will allow all share views, debate and exchange differing opinions – in fact the more heated the better, unlike paid for think tanks and the media we actively encourage all views!

Our Events: More events will be updated in due course but we are pleased to announce the first of our 2020 events series.

We look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming events!
