WRF’s Deputy Chair Awarded Prestigious Civic Award

Moscow: Anton Samoylenko, Deputy Chairman of the Siberian Alliance Group and Deputy chair of Westminster Russia Forum, has become the Cavalier of High Civil Award of the Golden Honorary Badge “Public Recognition”, which is awarded to citizens for activities that contribute to the establishment of civil society in the country, the strengthening of Russian statehood, the development of the domestic economy, science and culture, the adoption of high moral values of service to the Motherland.

The Golden Badge of Public Recognition is entered in the Federal Heraldry Register and has an official certificate of the Heraldic Council under the President of the Russian Federation. The Golden Honorary Badge “Public Recognition” is a public award, which, along with recognized moral authorities and masters in their fields of activity, is received by people from all regions of Russia who are still not very well known to the general public.

These are architects, domestic entrepreneurs and journalists, the most distinguished soldiers, law enforcement officers and special services, including participants in anti-terrorism, military and special operations in the North Caucasus and other hot spots, artistic directors and directors of provincial theaters and creative groups, museums and libraries, the best scientists, builders, architects, doctors, teachers from among the winners of the annual all-Russian professional competitions, that is, all those who are their dedicated labor brings concrete benefits to society and our fellow citizens.

The participation in the selection process of the Cavaliers of the Honorary Badge of many state and public structures, the national character of this activity made the honorary badge “Public Recognition” the highest public award in Russia.

The award ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere at the central office of the National Fund for Public Recognition. Arkady Sedov, Director General of the National Fund for Public Recognition, presented Anton Vladimirovich with the Golden Honorary Badge “Public Recognition”, a certificate, a certificate of a cavalier and a certificate of the Heraldic  Council under the President of the Russian Federation.
