The Russian Business Week is returning for its 14 th year this March, bringing together the Russian-speaking community for four days of expert lectures, industry panels and professional networking evenings.

This year’s focus is the intersection of technology and finance, exploring business trends that will shape the new decade. Our speakers will be covering topics such as crypto-currency development, data security, social media growth strategies, crowdfunding and artificial intelligence. There will also be culture and media-focused panels.

As part of the Week’s new interactive sessions, we’re currently accepting applications for the Start-up Idea Competition 2020. The final will take place in front of a live audience on March 6. The winner will receive free office space from ZIMA, expert advice from Emerge and legal support from Svetlova LLP.

The Week will close with an exclusive Gala evening, hosted at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in London.

About the organisers:
Russian Business Week is organised and run by the LSE students from the Russian Business & Culture Society. The non-profit society was established in 2006 with the aim to promote business collaboration, connect Russian-speaking students and foster cross-cultural exchange in London and beyond.

Its flagship yearly conference – Russian Business Week – has become a leading business event at the LSE, attracting influential speakers and hundreds of attendees every year. Past speakers have included Dmitry Medvedev, Sergey Lavrov, Mikhail Zelman, Ksenia Sobchak, Irina Prokhorova and Alfred Koch.
